Who we are
Medusa Investment Partners is a brand operated by Medusa AI Consulting – Petr Merkuryev, Badenerstrasse 13, 5200 Brugg, Switzerland. For any privacy question or request, contact info@medusaip.ai.
What we collect
(1) Information you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email address, and the content of your message. (2) Newsletter signup: name and email address. (3) Usage data via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through cookies. (4) Demo access requests: your name, email address, the optional question you send, the page and campaign link you arrived from, and the date. We use them to review the request and, if it is approved, to set up and run your access to the demo portal and to follow up with you about it. In the demo portal we record the questions you ask and the answers the agent gives, so that we can check answer quality, prevent misuse, keep each answer reproducible and follow up with you about your use of the demo. The demo portal contains only fictional and public market data; please do not enter confidential information about your firm in it. If an administrator has placed you in a group with colleagues, you can share a chat with them; they can read it and keep their own copy by continuing it, and you can revoke the share at any time, though revoking does not remove copies already made.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiries, to send you the newsletter you signed up for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Legal basis
Consent (contact form, newsletter) and legitimate interest (site analytics and security), under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is processed by the service providers that operate this site: Google (Analytics), our hosting provider, and our email provider. Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland/the EEA under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Demo access requests and demo portal logs are kept for up to 12 months after your last use of the demo, then deleted; you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time. A copy of a shared chat that a colleague continues follows its own retention period.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, at any time by emailing info@medusaip.ai. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any issue.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
